PICKUPS & DELIVERIES
Payments accepted: Cash, Venmo, & Credit Cards
Guarantee/Disclaimer: When your order is picked up or delivered, at that time you will confirm that everything is correct and the order has been filled as request. If there are any issues with your order please address those at this time. Once the customer takes the order we cannot make any changes or refunds. If there are issues discovered after the fact please email us to discuss the issues and we will try to solve any issues.
WE DO NOT MAKE CUSTOM CELEBRATION CAKES (SUCH AS BIRTHDAY AND WEDDING CAKES).
WE ALSO DO NOT MAKE CUSTOM DECORATE SUGAR COOKIES WITH ROYAL ICING.
- Placing an Order: Please fill out our order inquiry form to inquiry about custom orders!
- Timeframe: Custom Orders can be arranged for any date and time but require a 5 days notice and 7 days notice for large orders.
- Ordering Info: for custom orders please fill out our order inquiry form. After submitting this form, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your order.
- Pricing: Pricing for custom orders vary depending on the order. We will discuss pricing when we contact you regarding your order.
- Conformation Email: We will send a conformation email after the order is place with an invoice with the order details. We require a reply from the customer confirming that everything is correct (including items order, quantity, customer information, order information).
- Deposits: Custom orders totaling over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders and this is due a minimum of one week prior the order completion date.
- Changes/Cancellations: We require 72 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations. Do to the nature of some orders changes may or may not be able to be made. All efforts will be made to refund your money if within the policies time frame.
PICKUPS & DELIVERIES
- Order Pickups: Pickups take place at SoHa Arts Building (1001 White Horse Pike, Haddon Twp, NJ 08107). Please do not enter the building. Please call the number you are provided with in your confirmation email to let us know you have arrive.
- Order Deliveries: Deliveries will be made within a reasonable distance in the South Jersey (Haddon Twp & Cherry Hill) area. If you wish to do delivery please confirm with us before ordering to make sure we can deliver your order! There is a $10 delivery fee for holidays and large order and a $5 delivery fee for custom small orders!
